Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through our secured online website.  For your convenience all major credit cards are accepted. Local Delivery
We offer local delivery in the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale area.  Delivery charges start at $13.00 per destination.  We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.   For additional delivery areas please see Delivery Areas Page.

Shipping Information
Orders are shipped either UPS or FEDEX ground service.  Overnight and 2nd Day Air delivery is available and recommended during the summer months, please call 877.310.4438 for rates.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
We back every order with 100% satisfaction.  We do our best to ensure you’ll be satisfied with every purchase.  If any item falls short of your expectations, please notify us immediately.  We will send you a prompt refund or replacement (excluding original shipping and handling charges).  There is a 25% restocking fee on orders that are cancelled once they have been made or out on delivery.

Returns - Any claims of damage items must be made within 3 business days from receipt of gift basket.  If your order arrives damaged, we will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner.  A refund or exchange will be made when damaged product is received and verified by A Tasteful Gift.

Substitutions
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to high demand for certain items.  However, quality and value will never be compromised. Substitutions will be of equal or greater value.  We are constantly upgrading our merchandise with new and exciting products, new colors and new packaging.  We reserve the right to substitute those items if they are found to be a better value or add to the design enhancement.
