Delivery fees begin at $13.00 per destination. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Orders that are received before 1:00 pm EST will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day in Miami (excluding Homestead), Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton areas.

Same Day Delivery
Same day deliveries are available in certain zip codes for orders that are placed by 10am EST. Orders must be placed by phone. All orders placed online will be processed for delivery on the next applicable business day. For FEDEX ground shipping: A flat rate of $9.95 per gift basket will be charged.
All orders which are received before 1pm EST for destinations that fall outside of our local delivery areas will be shipped the same day, unless a specific delivery date has been requested.
All orders which are received after 1pm EST will be processed for shipping on the next applicable shipping day, unless a specific delivery date has been requested.
Overnight and expedited delivery is also available. These services are highly recommended during the summer months when shipping chocolate outside of our local delivery areas.

Any and all claims of damaged items must be made within three (3) business days from the receipt of the gift basket. If your order arrives damaged, we will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner. A refund or exchange will be made when damage has been verified.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to high demand for certain items. However, quality and value will never be compromised. Substitutions will be of equal or greater value. We are constantly upgrading our merchandise with new and exciting products, new colors, and new packaging. We reserve the right to substitute those items if they are found to be of better value or if they enhance the products design and value.
